Introduction

Landewé, a premium bicycle retailer known for its high-end service and refined brand identity, approached me to bring their customer experience online. As a luxury dealer in the cycling industry, their focus on service, clarity, and professionalism needed to translate seamlessly into a digital environment.

With a design already provided, my task was to transform this vision into a fully dynamic, scalable WordPress webshop. The goal: to deliver a streamlined platform that not only supports product management and rich filtering, but also reflects the polished identity Landewé is known for — all while ensuring a smooth, user-focused browsing experience.

My Role

I was responsible for translating Landewé’s supplied design into a fully dynamic and functional webshop built on WordPress and WooCommerce. My role covered both the technical implementation and the user experience logic — ensuring the site felt as refined and service-driven as their in-store experience.

Working with JetEngine and custom templates, I structured the backend to support flexible product listings, smart filtering, and scalable content management. The setup allows the Landewé team to easily manage their premium offerings while providing customers with intuitive navigation and clarity around each product.

Throughout the project, I focused on maintaining the brand’s luxury feel, ensuring that every interaction — from page load to checkout — aligned with their service-first philosophy.
